He has worked with leading institutions like Anatomy Miami and is the founder of MIA Run Club, one of the city’s fastest-growing wellness communities.

As Gym Director at R3, he focuses on building a high-performance environment driven by discipline, accountability, and community.

Strength & Conditioning Coach

Camilo Cruz is a Strength & Conditioning Coach from Bogotá, Colombia, with over 20 years of experience training youth, adults, and high-performance athletes.

His approach combines energy, structure, and motivation, with a focus on strength development, body recomposition, and long-term performance.

At R3, he helps members train with purpose, improve endurance, and build sustainable results over time.
