PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING R3 CORAL GABLES SERVICES. BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, studio, website, and all related offerings provided by R3 Coral Gables ("R3," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 2955 Ponce de León Blvd, Suite 220, Coral Gables, FL 33134.

1. SCOPE OF AGREEMENT

These Terms apply to all members, guests, and visitors who access R3's studio, website (www.r3miami.com), booking platform (Mariana Tek), or any related services. By booking a class, purchasing a membership, or entering the studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. ACCESSING OUR SERVICES

To access R3's services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or have written consent from a parent or legal guardian if between 16 and 17 years of age. Minors under 16 may not use our services. By using our services, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. ACCOUNTS & ACCOUNT SECURITY

To book classes or purchase memberships, you must create an account through our booking platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at [email protected].

4. CLASS POLICIES & STUDIO RULES

4.1 Reservations & Check-In

All classes require advance reservation through our booking platform.

Members must check in at least 5 minutes before class start time. Late arrivals may not be admitted at the coach's discretion.

Reservations may be cancelled up to 12 hours before class start time without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a class credit deduction.

4.2 Studio Conduct

Members must follow all instructions from R3 coaches at all times.

Respectful behavior toward all staff and fellow members is required. R3 reserves the right to revoke membership for violations of this policy.

R3 is a harassment-free environment. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or intimidation will result in immediate termination of membership.

Outside food and beverages (other than water) are not permitted in The Blue Room during class.

4.3 Health & Safety

By participating in R3 classes, you confirm that you are physically capable of engaging in high-intensity exercise.

If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns, please inform your coach before class.

R3 is not responsible for any injury, illness, or health issue arising from participation in classes. Participation is at your own risk.

5. MEMBERSHIPS, PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

5.1 Pricing & Class Packages

R3 offers the following pricing options. All prices exclude applicable taxes.

Drop-In Classes (Pay As You Go):

1 Class — $35 | Valid 30 days

5 Classes — $125 ($25/class) | Valid 45 days

15 Classes — $225 ($15/class) | Valid 90 days

Monthly Membership:

30-Day Unlimited — $300/month ($10/class estimated at 30 classes/month)

Intro Offers (New Clients Only):

First Timer 3-Pack + Free Towel — $45 | Valid 14 days

2-Week Unlimited — $89.99 | Valid 14 days

Founding Members — First 100 Members Only:

Unlimited Monthly Membership — $169/month (estimated $5.66/class at 30 classes/month)

Founding Member rate is locked for life for the first 100 members.

This rate is non-transferable and forfeited upon cancellation.

Member Discounts (applied to Full Membership):

MIA Run Club Members — 30% discount

The Plaza Tenants & Associates — 25% discount

Students & Veterans — 25% discount

Discounts require valid proof of eligibility at time of enrollment. Discounts may not be combined.

5.2 Billing

Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor. R3 does not store full payment card details.

You authorize R3 to charge your payment method on file on each billing cycle.

All prices exclude applicable taxes.

5.3 Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Late arrivals may result in loss of class credit at the coach's discretion.

No-shows and late cancellations (less than 12 hours before class) may result in loss of class credit and/or a late cancellation fee.

5.4 Cancellations & Refunds

Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with a minimum of 30 days notice.

Founding Member rates are non-transferable and are forfeited upon cancellation. Re-enrollment will be at the then-current market rate.

Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.

Intro offers are available to new clients only and are non-refundable.

R3 does not offer refunds for missed classes.

6. SMS MESSAGING TERMS

6.1 Program Description

By opting in to receive text messages from R3 Coral Gables, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include class reminders, booking confirmations, membership updates, promotional offers, and customer support follow-ups. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

6.2 Message Frequency

You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and interactions with us.

6.3 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

6.4 How to Opt Out and Get Help

You can unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, reply START or use the original opt-in method.

6.5 Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content associated with R3 Coral Gables, including but not limited to the R3 name, logo, The Blue Room identity, R3SET methodology, class names, and all related branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of R3 Coral Gables. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any R3 branding or content without prior written consent.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE

By entering R3 Coral Gables, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional and social media purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please notify a staff member before class. R3 will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, R3 Coral Gables shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, participation in classes, or any injury sustained on the premises. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to discontinue use.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless R3 Coral Gables, its owners, employees, coaches, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

12. UPDATES TO THESE TERMS

R3 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or by direct communication. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
